After over twenty years of repairing Two Technology terminals, such as the TechTerm, Camdata is no longer providing that service and will continue to support our customers by offering:

1. A free repair manual – to download please Click here or click here to preview in browser
2. Spare parts – keypads, displays, and cables
3. If needed, a test connector to allow a faulty terminal to be tested using a working terminal

Please download the repair manual and request spare parts if needed. From experience, around 50% of all repairs can be undertaken with a screwdriver and possibly a soldering iron, without needing any spare parts.
